Wellness plan
Visits your chiropractor recommends, plus one exam a year, for one monthly fee. The front desk tells you the current monthly fee before you join.

Unused days of the month are refunded, pro rata
If you do not use insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. Ask us. X-rays are taken only when medically necessary and are not part of either fee.

What the plan covers, and what insurance does not pay
A monthly plan is not insurance, and you can cancel it any time for a pro rata refund. This is what the fee includes, and what a health plan may or may not do about it.

About the plan
How do I cancel?
Tell us in person, by phone or by email. You do not need a reason, and nothing more is billed after you cancel.
What do I get back if I cancel mid-month?
Unused days of the month are refunded, pro rata.
Is the plan insurance?
No. It is a monthly fee for care at this office. We do not bill health insurance, and we give you an itemized receipt you can send to your plan.
