How fees work
Insurance we work with
We do not bill health insurance. We are a cash practice: you pay us, and we do not file claims for you. Some plans reimburse part of a visit you paid for yourself, and the plan decides.
A PPO plan with out-of-network benefits may reimburse part of a visit
An HSA or FSA card, where your account allows it
If you pay yourself
You pay at the visit, or monthly on the Wellness plan. What sets the fee is whether you pay for a visit or join the plan, and whether you need x-rays, which are not part of either. The front desk tells you the current fee, and your chiropractor tells you what care will cost before it begins. You can cancel the plan any time, with a pro rata refund.

Ask for an itemized receipt (a superbill) at every visit, or each month on the plan. You can send it to your plan. A plan may reimburse part of it, and the plan decides.
An estimate in advance
If you do not use insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. Ask us. We give you a written estimate in advance of your first visit.
Checking your benefits
We do not check your benefits, because we do not bill your plan. Before your first visit, call the number on your card and ask what it reimburses for out-of-network chiropractic care.
What the first visit includes
A first visit is a talk, an exam and a plan your chiropractor explains. You pay for it as a visit, and we write down the cost before it begins.
