Chiropractic in midtown Sacramento
A cash chiropractic office. The two ways to pay are below, with what each includes, and we do not bill insurance.

Two ways to pay
The same chiropractor either way. The plan adds one exam a year and a monthly fee you can stop whenever you like.
Pay for the visit you have. No contract, nothing paid ahead.
Pay at each visit
A written estimate before you pay
An itemized receipt every time you pay
Nothing to cancel: there is no contract
Visits your chiropractor recommends, plus one exam a year, for one monthly fee. The front desk tells you the current monthly fee before you join.
Month to month, billed monthly
Includes the annual exam
Cancel any time in person, by phone or by email
Unused days of the month are refunded, pro rata
If you do not use insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. Ask us. X-rays are taken only when medically necessary and are not part of either fee.
The plan, in plain words
A monthly plan is not insurance. You can cancel it any time, and unused days of the month are refunded, pro rata. The plans page says what the fee includes and what a health plan may not pay.
Included: visits your chiropractor recommends, one exam a year and an itemized receipt each month
Not included: x-rays, which are taken only when medically necessary, and we tell you the cost first
Not billed: we do not bill health insurance, and a plan decides what it reimburses

Care
Each page says what is included, what we do not claim and when to see a physician first.
A hands-on adjustment of the spine and other joints.
Hands-on work on muscles around the joints, in the same visit.
A few movements to practice on your own between visits.
A longer visit once a year for plan members.
Offers
An offer lists every part of it, x-rays are taken only when medically necessary, and nothing is billed to insurance.
Sample offers.
One offer per person. Offers cannot be combined.
Two chiropractors and the front desk. Each chiropractor's license is listed at the bottom of the page.

Sees patients most days of the week and explains the plan before any visit.

Sees patients on the evening days and on Fridays.
Front desk and plans coordinator
Answers the phone, checks you in and explains how plans and receipts work.
You check in at the front desk, then talk with the chiropractor and have a hands-on exam. The chiropractor explains what they found and what a plan could look like. You decide what to do next, and we tell you what it costs before anything starts.
We are a cash practice and do not bill health insurance. You pay at the visit, or monthly on a plan, and you can ask for an itemized receipt to send to your plan. Your plan decides whether it reimburses any of it. How fees work has the details.
Most of our patients pay this way. If you do not use insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. Ask us. We give you a written estimate before your first visit.
On the Wellness plan, cancel any time in person, by phone or by email, and unused days of the month are refunded, pro rata. If you pay per visit there is nothing to cancel. Tell us at least a day ahead if you cannot make an appointment, so we can offer the time to someone else.
Send a note and we will call, text or email you. For anything urgent, call us.
